Our pigment hair colour can be mixed with permanent tints to create a more vibrant effect, e.g. Blue mixed with a black blue tint gives a nicer blue shine. No heat activation is required and you can apply the colour over previous colour without lifting again, when clarified. It can be applied to virgin hair to give the selected colours shine for a few days if desired by the client for a function etc.

Semi-Permanent Hair Colour pigment is a non-toxic formula and can be re-applied without damaging the hair. Contains Starch of tapioca/maize and coloured coal tar dyes.
